Fretboard Jigs

Constructed at any Radius from either formply or 18mm hardwood ply.

Supplied with a 750x75x500mm piece of Aluminium tube ready to fix to a ply or mdf base

Supplied with a photo pdf of assembly instructions.

Supplied with small plastic spacers that help the jig glide smoothly down the side of the aluminium tube.

Shipped as nested flatpack. Cut the tabs and assemble. 10min assembly time. I assemble using CA glue to hold temporarily and then screw together - very simple and quick.

Can be shipped already assembled as well for a small extra cost

Recess is 90mm square allowing the use of most small trimmers.

Purchaser can add some tabs to secure router or router can be held securely in the recess as the fretboard is processed.
